Common issues

Download did not arrive — check your spam and promotions folders for a message from Admin@stucktoselling.org, then email us and we will re-send it.
Payouts — you must finish Stripe Express onboarding, including identity and bank verification, before any weekly payout can be sent. Approved commissions go out on the weekly run once they clear the product's hold period.
Commission questions — your dashboard shows every commission with its tier, rate, status, and release date.
Billing or duplicate charge — see our Refund Policy and email us before filing a dispute; we resolve most billing issues the same day.
