Privacy Policy
Effective August 3, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how EProducts Empire LLC, 336 E College Ave STE 301, Tallahassee, FL 32301 ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information through this website, our digital products, and our affiliate program.
1. Information we collect
- Account information you provide: name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash by our authentication provider), and profile details.
- Purchase information: products bought, amounts, order and payment identifiers, buyer name and email. Card numbers are collected and stored by Stripe — we never see or store full card data.
- Affiliate information: your tracking codes, enrollments, referral relationships, clicks, conversions, commissions, payout history, and, for payouts, the identity and banking details you provide directly to Stripe during Stripe Express onboarding. Stripe collects that tax and banking data as the payout processor; we receive only the account status and transfer results.
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps, including click events on affiliate tracking links.
- Communications: emails you send us and delivery/engagement data from emails we send you.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided us information.
2. How we use information
To create and secure accounts; process payments; deliver purchased and enrolled products; run affiliate tracking, attribution, commission calculation, and weekly payouts; send transactional emails (receipts, downloads, payout notices, account notices); provide support; detect and prevent fraud, self-referral, and abuse; comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations; and improve our products and site. With your consent where required, we also send marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
3. Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
Where GDPR applies, we process personal data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, on the basis of your consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), and for our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the business.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing, affiliate payouts via Stripe Connect, identity and tax verification.
- Resend — transactional and notification email delivery.
- Lovable — application hosting, database, and backend infrastructure.
- Skool — only if you choose to join our free community there, under Skool's own terms and privacy policy.
- Professional advisers, and authorities — where required by law, subpoena, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
- A successor — in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Affiliates: your display name, affiliate code, and public leaderboard standing may be visible to other users. Your recruiter can see the volume and commissions their recruits generate, but not your personal contact or banking details.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies for login sessions and security, and first-party affiliate tracking cookies to attribute sales to the correct affiliate. See our Cookie & Tracking Policy.
6. Data retention
We keep account, order, commission, and payout records for as long as your account is active and afterward for as long as needed to meet tax, accounting, audit, and legal obligations — generally at least seven (7) years for financial records. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Click and analytics data is kept as long as it is useful for attribution and fraud prevention.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashed credentials, role-based access controls, row-level database access rules, signed webhook verification, and a limited set of vetted processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to withdraw consent, to opt out of marketing, and to appeal a denied request. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. To exercise any right, email Admin@stucktoselling.org from the address on your account. We respond within 45 days and may need to verify your identity. Some data must be retained for legal and financial-record purposes even after a deletion request.
9. Email preferences
Transactional emails — receipts, product deliveries, payout notices, and account or security alerts — are part of the service and cannot be turned off while your account is open. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in every message.
10. International transfers
We operate from the United States and our processors may store or process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
11. Do Not Track
Our site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, as no common standard exists.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be posted here. Questions or privacy requests: Admin@stucktoselling.org, or EProducts Empire LLC, 336 E College Ave STE 301, Tallahassee, FL 32301.
