Our content is protected

All products, guides, templates, prompt libraries, devotionals, images, and site content are original works owned by EProducts Empire LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, resale, sharing, or public posting of our files is copyright infringement. We actively monitor for unauthorized distribution and will pursue takedowns and statutory remedies, including damages and attorneys' fees where available.

Reporting infringement to us

If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, send a written notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to our designated agent that includes: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on our site; (4) your address, telephone number, and email; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, your name, address, and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., the Northern District of Florida) and to accept service from the complaining party.

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts and affiliate status of repeat infringers. Knowingly submitting a false notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
