After logging in, you are automatically directed to your affiliate dashboard. You can access it at any time by clicking your name or Dashboard in the navigation. Your dashboard shows your live stats, recent commissions, top products, quick links, and more.

How are commissions calculated?

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the product sale price, based on the rate published on each product listing. For example, if a product sells for $100 and the Tier 1 rate is 50%, you earn $50 for that sale. Rates are fixed per product and do not change after you enroll.

What is a Tier 1 commission?

A Tier 1 commission is the commission you earn on direct sales — sales generated through your own affiliate tracking link. When someone clicks your link and completes a purchase, you receive a Tier 1 commission based on the product's listed Tier 1 rate.

A Tier 2 commission (also called an override) is a commission you earn on sales made by affiliates you recruited into the network. When your recruit generates a sale, you automatically receive a percentage of that sale as a Tier 2 override — in addition to what your recruit earns on their own Tier 1 commission. Both are paid independently.

What is a commission hold period?

A hold period is the number of days between when a sale is recorded and when the commission becomes eligible for payout. Hold periods exist to account for the product's refund window. Once the hold period expires with no refund or dispute on the order, the commission is automatically approved. Hold periods are listed on every product card in the marketplace.

What does 'Pending' mean on my commission?

A Pending commission has been recorded and is within its hold period. No action is needed from you — the system will automatically advance it to Approved once the hold period passes and no refund has been issued.

An Approved commission has cleared its hold period and is now eligible for the next scheduled payout batch. It has not been paid yet, but it is confirmed and will be included in the upcoming payout cycle.

Can my commissions be reversed?

Yes, under certain circumstances. If a buyer is refunded or files a successful chargeback before or during the hold period, the commission is clawed back. If it has already been paid out, the amount is deducted from your future earnings. All clawback events appear in your commissions dashboard with a reason code.

Yes. A minimum balance threshold must be reached before a payout is issued. The minimum varies by payment method and is displayed in your dashboard. Any balance below the threshold rolls forward automatically to the next payout cycle — nothing is forfeited.

How long does it take for funds to arrive after a payout is processed?

Processing time depends on your payment method. PayPal typically arrives within 1–2 business days. Bank transfers (ACH/wire) typically arrive in 3–5 business days. Checks typically take 7–14 business days depending on your location. You can track all payout batches and their statuses in your Payouts dashboard.

What happens if a refund occurs after I've already been paid?

If a refund or chargeback is processed on an order after your commission has been paid out, a clawback will be applied to your account. The clawback amount will be deducted from your next payout batch. You will be notified of all clawback activity and can view the details in your Commissions tab.

Yes. Your full payout history is available in the Payouts section of your dashboard. Each entry shows the payout date, batch amount, payment method used, and status — giving you a complete record of every payment you've received.

How do I recruit other affiliates?

Inside your dashboard, navigate to the Recruits tab. You'll find your unique recruit link displayed there. Share this link anywhere — through social media, email, content, or direct conversation. Anyone who registers through your link is permanently associated with your account as your Tier 2 recruit.

Is there a limit on how many affiliates I can recruit?

No. There is no cap on the number of affiliates you can bring into the network through your recruit link. The more active affiliates in your downline, the greater your potential Tier 2 earnings.

Do my recruited affiliates know I referred them?

Recruits are aware they signed up through a referral link, but they are not shown your personal contact information or dashboard data. Your relationship with your recruited affiliates is tracked internally and reflected in your Recruits dashboard.

Does my Tier 2 override reduce what my recruit earns?

No. Your Tier 2 override is paid separately and does not reduce your recruit's Tier 1 commission. Both commissions are funded from the product's commission pool independently. Your recruit earns their full Tier 1 rate regardless of any Tier 2 override paid to you.

No. Once an affiliate registers through your recruit link, the relationship is permanent. You continue to earn Tier 2 overrides on their sales indefinitely, as long as their account remains active and they continue to generate sales.

Cookie attribution windows vary by product and are noted where applicable. If a buyer returns and purchases within the attribution window after clicking your link, the sale is still credited to you. Check the product details for specific cookie duration information.

Yes — your affiliate link can be shared across any platform or channel, including social media, email newsletters, YouTube descriptions, blog content, and paid advertising.
