Acceptable Use Policy

Effective August 3, 2026. This policy applies to everyone who uses the EProducts Empire website, products, dashboard, or affiliate program, and is part of our Terms of Service.

You agree not to

• Copy, resell, share, upload, mirror, or redistribute our products, files, or content, including to file-sharing sites, membership sites, resale marketplaces, or AI training datasets.
• Share account credentials, or access the platform through another person's account.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, data-mine, or use bots, scripts, or automated tools against the site or its APIs.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, tracking, rate limits, payment, or access controls; probe or test our security; or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• Manipulate affiliate tracking, commissions, leaderboards, or payouts by any means, including fake accounts, self-referrals, cookie stuffing, or falsified transactions.
• Upload or transmit malware, or use the Services to send spam or unlawful communications.
• Post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, threatening, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Impersonate EProducts Empire, Brittany Johnson, our staff, or any other person, or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
• Use the Services for money laundering, fraud, or any purpose prohibited by U.S. law, or in violation of sanctions or export controls.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may, without notice, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts and licenses, withhold or reverse commissions, block access, preserve and disclose records to law enforcement, and pursue all available legal and equitable remedies, including injunctive relief and recovery of our costs and attorneys' fees.
