Refund Policy
Effective August 3, 2026. This policy applies to all purchases from EProducts Empire LLC and is part of our Terms of Service.
Digital products — all sales final
Every product we sell is an instantly delivered digital download. Because access and files cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing checkout you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately, you receive the product right away, and you expressly waive any statutory cancellation or cooling-off right to the fullest extent permitted by law. This is disclosed before purchase.
When we will make it right
We stand behind delivery. Contact Admin@stucktoselling.org within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve, at our discretion by re-delivery, replacement, or refund, if:
- your download link did not work or the file was corrupted and we could not fix it;
- you received the wrong product;
- you were charged more than once for the same product; or
- the purchase was made without authorization on your payment method (we may require verification).
Refunds are not issued for change of mind, buyer's remorse, not using the product, not achieving a desired result, lack of technical skill, incompatibility with software you already own, or because you found similar material elsewhere.
How to request help
Email Admin@stucktoselling.org from the address used at checkout, with your order or receipt number and a description of the problem. We typically respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge — most issues are fixed the same day. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is a breach of our Terms. We contest disputes using our delivery, access, download, and IP records. Accounts with a chargeback are closed, all product licenses terminate immediately, related affiliate commissions are reversed, and we may pursue the disputed amount plus processor fees and reasonable collection costs.
Affiliate commissions and refunds
When an order is refunded or disputed, the associated Tier 1 and Tier 2 commissions are reversed in full, including after they have been paid out, as described in the Affiliate Agreement.
Free products
Free products, complimentary affiliate copies, and free community access carry no monetary value and are not refundable or exchangeable.
