Payments
Exactly How You Get Paid
Every step of the payment process is transparent, automated, and designed so you always know the status of every dollar you've earned.
Step 1
Sale Confirmed
A buyer purchases through your tracking link. Our system records the sale, validates the transaction via Stripe, and immediately creates a pending commission in your account.
Step 2
Hold Period
Each product has a payout hold period (listed on every product card). This window covers potential refund or dispute activity. Once it passes, your commission is automatically approved.
Step 3
Payout — Every Monday
Every Monday at 9 AM Eastern, approved commissions are automatically transferred directly to your connected Stripe account. You'll receive a confirmation email, and funds arrive in your bank on your Stripe payout schedule.
Payment Method — Stripe Direct
All payouts are sent directly to your connected Stripe account via Stripe Connect. After signing up, you'll complete a quick Stripe onboarding (about 5 minutes) from your dashboard's Payouts section — then every payment goes straight to your bank automatically.
Funds land in your Stripe balance first, then transfer to your bank on your personal Stripe payout schedule (typically 2 business days). No third-party accounts, no manual requests — it's fully automated.
Payout Schedule — Every Monday
Payouts run automatically every Monday at 9 AM Eastern Time. All commissions that have cleared their hold period by that time are included in the batch — no action required on your part.
You'll receive an email confirmation each time a payout is sent, including the exact amount and a Stripe transfer reference number. If your balance is below the $50 minimum, it carries forward and is included in the next Monday's batch automatically.
Commission Hold Periods
Hold periods exist to protect the integrity of the network and to align with standard refund windows. Each product displays its hold period clearly before enrollment — typically ranging from 7 to 30 days.
Once the hold period expires with no refund or dispute on the associated order, your commission status automatically advances from Pending to Approved and becomes eligible for the next payout batch.
Refunds & Chargebacks
If a buyer is issued a full refund or files a successful chargeback within the hold period, the corresponding commission will be clawed back from your account. If the commission has already been paid, the clawback amount will be deducted from a future payout.
Partial refunds may result in a partial clawback proportional to the refunded amount. All clawback events are logged in your commissions dashboard with a reason code so you always understand what occurred.
Minimum Payout Threshold
A minimum balance must be reached before a payout is issued. Minimum thresholds are set per payment method and are clearly displayed in your dashboard. Any balance below the minimum carries forward to the next payout cycle automatically.
Commission Statuses Explained
Pending — Commission has been recorded. The hold period has not yet elapsed.
Approved — Hold period passed with no refund. Commission is eligible for the next payout batch.
Paid — Commission has been included in a completed payout batch and funds have been sent.
Clawed Back — Commission was reversed due to a refund, chargeback, or dispute on the underlying order.
Two-Tier Income
How the Recruit Program Works
The EProducts Empire recruit program allows you to build a passive income layer by sponsoring other affiliates into the network. This is your Tier 2 income — automatic, indefinite, and compounding.
Your Unique Recruit Link
Inside your dashboard under the Recruits tab, you'll find your personal recruit link. This link is tied to your affiliate account. Anyone who signs up through it is automatically associated with you as your Tier 2 recruit.
They Join, You Both Earn
When someone signs up through your recruit link and begins making sales, you automatically earn a Tier 2 override commission on every product sale they generate. There is no cap on how many affiliates you can recruit.
Passive and Perpetual
Tier 2 overrides are not a one-time bonus — they are ongoing. As long as your recruited affiliate remains active and generating sales, you continue to earn. There is no expiration on your Tier 2 relationship.
Where to Find Your Recruit Link
Log into your affiliate dashboard and navigate to the Recruits section in the sidebar. Your unique recruit link is displayed at the top — you can copy it with one click and share it anywhere: social media, email, content, direct messages, or your own website.
Your recruit link includes your affiliate code as a URL parameter. When someone registers using that link, the connection is permanent and tracked indefinitely in our system.
Tier 2 Commission Rates
Tier 2 override rates are set per product, just like Tier 1. The rate is visible on every marketplace listing before you enroll. Overrides can be up to 25% of the sale price generated by your recruited affiliate — on top of whatever Tier 1 commission your recruit earns on their own.
Your Tier 2 commission does not reduce your recruit's earnings. Both commissions are paid independently from the product's commission pool.
Tracking Your Recruits
The Recruits tab in your dashboard shows you a full list of every affiliate who signed up through your link — their name, affiliate code, number of sales, your total Tier 2 earnings from them, their status, and the date they joined.
Your overall Tier 2 earnings are also summarized on your main dashboard overview so you can see your passive income growing in real time.
Who You Can Recruit
You can recruit anyone — other content creators, marketers, influencers, entrepreneurs, or anyone you believe would benefit from the EProducts Empire network. There is no restriction on who can be invited as long as they register as a standard affiliate.
There is no limit on the number of affiliates you can recruit. The more quality affiliates in your downline who are actively promoting, the greater your passive Tier 2 income potential.
When Tier 2 Commissions Are Paid
Tier 2 commissions follow the same hold period and payout cycle as Tier 1 commissions. When your recruit makes a sale, a Tier 2 commission is created in your account in Pending status. Once the associated order clears the hold period, it moves to Approved and is included in the next payout batch.
What Happens If a Recruit Is Suspended
If a recruited affiliate's account is suspended or deactivated by the network, their pending and future sales will not generate Tier 2 commissions. Any commissions already approved or paid prior to the suspension remain unaffected.
