Philippians 4:13

The context is contentment, not achievement. In the verses just before it, Paul says he has learned to be content whether he has plenty or nothing.

All things in verse 13 refers to those circumstances: abundance and need, full and hungry. The strength promised is the strength to endure either without losing his footing, which is a different claim than the one the verse is usually used to make.
